Caol Ila - 8 Year old Unpeated

A Limited Edition bottling of Caol Ila 8 year old Unpeated Style Islay Single Malt Whisky. This Cask Strength version was bottled in 2007 at an ABV of 64.9% and matured in First Fill Bourbon Casks.

While normally a very peaty whisky the distillers used unpeated barley for this example.
