Shipping Destinations

Whiskys.co.uk ships whisky and related products throughout the United Kingdom and to many international destinations where the import of alcohol is legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that importing alcohol into their destination country complies with all applicable local laws and regulations before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. During particularly busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £100

International

  • Express Delivery: 5–7 working days
  • Standard Delivery: 7–19 working days
  • Free international delivery on orders over £750

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures and local courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel weight and selected shipping method.

Available delivery options, including any express services, will be displayed before your order is completed.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking wherever available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Age Verification

By law, we can only sell and ship alcoholic products to customers aged 18 or over, or the legal minimum drinking age in their country of residence.

Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Every order is carefully packed using protective packaging specifically designed for fragile glass bottles.

Our team takes great care to ensure every order leaves us securely packaged and ready for safe transit.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will work closely with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Restricted Destinations

We cannot ship to countries or regions where the import of alcoholic beverages is prohibited or restricted by law.

Whiskys.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where delivery cannot be completed legally or safely.
