Overseas Customers

By placing an order with Whiskys.co.uk, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have reached the legal minimum age required to purchase alcohol in your country of residence.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates and international transaction fees.

International Orders

Whiskys.co.uk ships to many international destinations where the import of alcoholic beverages is legally permitted.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the import of alcohol into their destination country complies with all applicable local laws and regulations before placing an order.

Whiskys.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where delivery cannot be completed legally or safely.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Whiskys.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other government agencies.

If a shipment is held by customs, the customer is responsible for arranging the release of the goods.

Returned International Orders

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned due to customs restrictions or import regulations, a refund may be issued once the goods have been safely returned to Whiskys.co.uk in their original condition.

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs duties and any additional fees incurred remain the responsibility of the customer.

Overseas Payments

Payments are processed securely in GBP (£).

Exchange rates and any international transaction fees applied by your payment provider are outside the control of Whiskys.co.uk.
