Distilled at the Midleton distillery in County Cork this Redbreast release is the fifth in the distillery's Dream Cask series. This expression has been matured in bourbon and sherry casks before being married together for a total maturation of 30 years. Part of a limited release of 714 bottles, this whiskey has been bottled free from chill filtration at a strength of 56.9% abv.
