Appearance: A classic light, golden amber hue.

Nose: A gentle, briny seaside aroma, nicely balanced with a hint of wet slate and sweet almond.

Palate: Warm, enveloping sweetness of porridge and toasted cereal.

Finish: Mellow oats and barley along with freshly baked bread, followed by a fiery and confident, lengthy finish.

With a Drop of Water

Nose: The addition of water reveals more of the sweetness of fresh pear, butterscotch, and green apple, still well-balanced by saline minerals and a delightful blend of salty kelp, cut hay, and vegetal notes.

Palate: Warming cereals and toasted sourdough bread.

Finish: An elegant finish with pink peppercorn accents and apples.
