Master Distiller Chris Fletcher made a deliberate mid-maturation move, shifting barrels from the upper floors of the barrelhouse down to the lower ricks to draw out greater depth and complexity. Bottled at a robust 48.5% ABV (97 Proof), this is Jack Daniel's as it was always meant to be tasted.
