The second release in the Age of Discovery series — Glenfiddich's only expression exclusively matured in American bourbon casks throughout its full 19-year life. Inspired by the history of bourbon casks travelling the great rivers to New Orleans. Travel retail exclusive, now discontinued and collectible.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Warm toffee, deep citrus, marmalade on toast with orange liqueur; sweet dried fruit, vanilla, musty oak and baking spices
  • Palate: Light tannin, rich vanilla pod, fine leather and Havana tobacco; sweet velvety mouthfeel with cardamom, nutmeg and canned pears
  • Finish: Warm and long — pears with cracked pepper and mild dried spice
