These 6 bottles bring together a run of Filey Bay “Yorkshire Day” limited editions from Spirit of Yorkshire, Yorkshire’s first single malt whisky distillery, based near Filey Bay in England. With full grain-to-glass control (including barley grown in Hunmanby on the family farm), these annual releases have become a collectable series in their own right, each showcasing a different cask recipe while keeping the presentation consistent. All bottles in this lot are 70cl, bottled at 55% ABV, and from limited runs of 1,500 bottles per release.

Tasting Notes
Nose: A spectrum of cask influence across the set — from bright bourbon sweetness to richer sherry and wine-cask fruit notes.
Palate: Full-bodied at 55% — layered sweetness, spice, and oak structure, with each year’s cask recipe bringing its own twist.
Finish: Long and warming, with varying degrees of fruit richness, spice, and drying oak depending on the edition.
