A first batch release of FIley Bay's STR finish. The Filey house style whisky matured in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine casks. Thus creating another exciting finish of the Filey Bay range.
Tasting Notes:
Light, floral and fruity. With notes of summer berries and vanilla ice cream, there's a sweet and oakey spiciness that hints at a fantastic glass of Spanish red wine.
