Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh, Floral and aromatic with honeyed oranges, lip-smacking creamy toffee, polished leather, an outspoken suggestion of sherry and just the gentlest puff of smoke.
Palate: Toothsomely nutty, spicy and sweet malt balanced with fruit. Followed by a vertiable sweet trolley of gingerbread, vanilla pastries and, finally, sugar-coated roasted nuts.
Finish: Spicy oranges, ginger, white pepper, butter candy. Then a fleeting smack of sea salt.
