Tasting Notes
Nose: Warm vanilla pod, fresh coconut, ripe orchard fruit — baked apple, poached pear, apricot jam. Blair Athol's signature honeyed richness comes through, underpinned by toasted almond and a light dusting of cinnamon.
Palate: Full-bodied and warming. Vanilla cream, butterscotch, and sweet toasted oak arrive first, followed by honeyed malt, dried tropical fruit, dark toffee, and white pepper. Rich, slightly oily texture.
Finish: Long and warming, sweetness giving way to dry oak spice, lingering vanilla, and subtle woodsmoke.
