Bimber Single Cask #435 The Spirit of the Underground - Knightsbridge

Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the seventh release of four bottles in The Spirit of the Underground series they have produced to celebrate one of the great engineering projects of the last 200 years. This particular release celebrates Knightsbridge station and was put down to mature in an ex-Moscatel sherry cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 290 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 58.1% abv.
