Matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry butts and traditional oak casks, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration and at natural colour, presented in a hand-crafted oak box with a numbered certificate. Limited to 1,200 individually numbered bottles per batch.

- Nose: Vibrant, fruity, and floral — brandied pear, spiced mango chutney, tropical fruits, toffee, crystallised ginger, peach, apricot, and honeydew melon. Oloroso sherry-layered winter spices
- Palate: Waxy mouthfeel with forest fruit preserves — fruity tones develop into oaky notes of raw heather honey and roasted chestnuts. Rich sherry influence with deep extended oak maturation
