A 20 year old single cask from The Macallan's Estate Single Cask Collection, and Cask 01 of the 2025 releases. Distilled on 15th August 2005 and bottled on 23rd September 2025 from a single European oak sherry hogshead, it is one of only 267 individually numbered bottles, presented at a natural cask strength of 57.1% ABV.
The collection is made from barley grown on The Macallan's own estate and is inspired by the sensory discoveries of the Whisky Makers, the moments at the whisky-making bench when an extraordinary aroma or flavour is found for the first time. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.
