  • Nose: Bright and vibrant — green apples, gorse bush, wine gums and a mineral note. Parma violets, buttercream icing, peaches, and hints of earthy mustiness
  • Palate: Well balanced with peat smoke and sweet icing sugar and white chocolate. Tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil develop. Punchy with stronger smoke than typical Springbank
  • Finish: Honey and gooseberries — clean and fresh
