Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Vibrant cereal, gooseberries, mango, vanilla pods, grapes and honeycomb. Oak, exotic spices, guava, heather honey and soft smoke
  • Palate: Oatmeal, malted barley and orange pulp. Heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg and cinnamon. Sweet and creamy with hints of smoke, marzipan and cigar boxes
  • Finish: Characteristic sea salt with a smoky trail, sweet cider and toasty barley
