Appearance

Rich golden amber with warm copper tones. Viscous legs reflect both strength and a well-integrated cask influence.

Tasting notes (neat)

Nose: Sultanas, milk chocolate and toffee, followed by baked apple and pear. Layers of dried fruit, gentle spice and roasted nuts, with orange oil, vanilla and soft oak.

Palate: Caramel, dates and raisin syrup, supported by chocolate orange, nutmeg and soft spice. Bold sherry character, but well integrated, letting the distillery’s natural sweetness and malt shine.

Finish: Medium to long, smooth and warming — sweet spice, cocoa and gentle oak, with classic fruitcake richness.
