This 25 year old brings together three different spirit styles distilled on the distillery’s distinctive straight-neck stills, then matured for a quarter century in a combination of first-fill, refill, and re-charred American oak casks. The result is a rich, layered dram balancing orchard fruit, warming spice, and polished oak.
