Laphroaig 14 Year Old - Old Malt Cask

This Laphroaig Single Malt Whisky 14 year old was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2015 by Douglas Laing. As part of their Old Malt Cask range of whiskies. Charged from a single Refill Hogshead (Ref 11209) this is one of only 305 bottles.

Tasting Note:

Nose : Honey, vanilla, peat, seaweed and rhubarb.

Palate : Sweet vanilla, with honey, stewed prunes and peat.

Finish : Long and lingering, with dry peat smoke and oak.
