Cask #4021 was drawn for The Whisky Exchange as part of the Carpe Koi series and represents some of the most concentrated sherry cask influence available from the demolished Karuizawa distillery. First-fill casks at this age from Karuizawa are among the rarest and most intensely flavoured expressions in the entire catalogue.
