The grand finale of the Valhalla Collection — the crown jewel. Named for Odin, the All-father, ruler of Asgard. The most intense and complex of the four, matured predominantly in first-fill sherry casks at the highest ABV. Limited to approximately 17,000 bottles. Presented in a Viking longship wooden casket.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Fierce cinnamon and nutmeg; toasted walnuts with dark chocolate; dried apricots, sultanas and peaches from Oloroso sherry; gingerbread, molasses, chamomile
  • Palate: Ginger and cherries with intense spiciness; cloves, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg; cherry nougat, ripe dates, walnut cake, mocha; orange liqueur over heather honey wrapped in dark sherry sweetness
  • Finish: Long, powerful, hot — chocolate, dried fruit, oak and fierce lingering spice. An unbelievable finish
