Nose : Some sherry, Christmas pudding. Plenty of fruit raisins, ripe apples and tinned oranges in syrup.
Palate : Rich, mouth-coating. Malty treacle, slightly nutty. Orange peel, apple compot. Rich oak.
Finish : Long and rich, with spicy oak.
