Foursquare Epilogue Mark XXXI is a 19-year-old Barbados rum and the final release in the distillery’s Exceptional Cask Selection series.
A blend of pot- and column-still rums, it was fully matured at Foursquare in ex-bourbon American oak casks before being bottled at 57% ABV. Released in a run of just 1,300 bottles, it is presented without added sugar or colouring and without chill filtration.

Nose: Caramelised orange and citrus peel lead into toffee and butterscotch, with ripe tropical fruit, leather and a touch of tobacco.
Palate: Rich and concentrated, with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, vanilla and baked pineapple alongside warming oak spice.
Finish: Long and oily, with cocoa, citrus oils, polished oak, tobacco and lingering spice.
