Filey Bay STR Finish #4

The fourth batch release of Filey Bay with a STR finish.  Matured in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine casks, combined with house style whisky.   Thus creating an exciting new finish of STR.

Tasting Notes:.  

Light, floral and fruity. With notes of summer berries and vanilla ice cream, there's a sweet and oakey spiciness that hints at a fantastic glass of Spanish red wine.
