Filey Bay Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky Flagship Tasting Notes :-
Whilst the overall style remains light and fruity, (with familiar notes of vanilla and citrus), the extra maturation time gives Filey Bay Second Release, more depth of flavour.

Light and fruity, with flavours of citrus, vanilla ice cream, caramel, biscuit & honey.

Filey Bay Moscatel Finish Tasting Notes :-
Soft, spicy and warming.   With notes of honeycomb, orange marmalade, dried fruits and cocoa.

Filey Bay STR Finish Distillery Tasting Notes :-
Light, floral and fruity, with notes of summer berries and vanilla ice cream. There's a sweet and oakey spiciness, that hints at a fantastic glass of Spanish red wine.
