A distictly special and rare release, Filey Bay Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky Sherry Cask Reserve #1 from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery.

It is their first fully sherry matured whisky. Using only six Oloroso casks that were filled in 2017, and with an outrun of only 2000 bottles in total.

Spirit of Yorkshire is a real field to bottle distillery, growing the barley on the family farm in Hunmanby.

With the Distillation process mentored by renowned whisky expert Dr. Jim Swan.
