Not being allowed to be called whisky yet, these delectable spirits represented a road map to the first release of whisky from the Spirit Of Yorkshire Distillery.
Bottles 1-4 were 70cl and they were 2000 bottles in each release. Bottled 5-6 were 50cl bottles and were even more limited.

006 came from a single Fino cask and had 1142 bottles
