Evening Schedule
6:00pm – Arrival & Welcome
* Guests arrive to the sound of live bagpipes
* Welcome drink on arrival
6:15pm – Chairman’s Welcome
* Official welcome from the evening’s Chairman, Josh
6:20pm – The Selkirk Grace
* A traditional Scottish prayer recited before eating
6:30pm – Scottish Small Plates & Bagpipes
* A selection of Scottish small plates served throughout the room

7:00pm – Whisky Tasting Begins
* Guided tasting with Angus Dundee Distillers
* Remaining plates served to the centre of the table for sharing
