This Blair Athol Hand Filled Distillery Exclusive was bottled and signed by Derek Younie, Diageo’s Project and Operations Manager.

This is bottle No 001 from Cask 2020, bottled at cask strength of 55.8%. It spent 10 years in a ex-bourbon cask, with the following year in a mystery red wine cask!

For a cask strength whisky it is very smooth with a delightful nutty sweetness with toffee fudge and Christmas cake aromas.

An Ideal after dinner malt.
