Aber Falls Inaugural Release

A inaugural release of welsh whisky from Aber Fall, 1 of 2000 bottles made from first mature casks. A mix of American virgin oak, sherry and orange wine casks to make a unique release setting the course for the distillery's future.

Tasting Notes :

Nose: Fresh orange peel and juicy mango, with a little hint of grassy meadows underneath.

Palate: Golden syrup cake, digestive biscuit, more tropical fruit notes, and subtle peppery touches.

Finish: A smidge of dark chocolate sticks around.
