A unique and highly sought after opportunity to purchase the complete set of Spirit of Yorkshire's Maturing Malts. These Distillery Projects were the first spirits to come available from Yorkshire's first single malt whisky distillery.
Not being allowed to be called whisky yet, these delectable spirits represented a road map to the first release of whisky from the Spirit Of Yorkshire Distillery.
Bottles 1-4 were 70cl and they were 2000 bottles in each release. Bottled 5-6 were 50cl bottles and were even more limited. 005 came from a single STR cask and had 544 bottles. 006 came from a single Fino cask and had 1142 bottles.

Lochlea has become one of our recent favourites, recently hosting a tasting event with us and are growing ambitious distillery, This bottle in particular is very unique, as this was their first aged expression and was a very limited bottling number. At launch was very highly sought after bottle, we had a handful of people hoping to secure a bottle with us but we had a very limited supply.

Springbank 10 year old 2022 Release
Provides the perfect introduction to the Springbank range. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it is complex yet perfectly balanced from the first sip through to the sweet, salty finish.
Distillery Tasting Notes:
Nose: A vibrant cereal note introduces our flagship Springbank dram, along with notes of gooseberries, mango, vanilla pods, grapes and honeycomb.
Palate: The fruit and cereal notes carry through to the palate in hints of oatmeal, malted barley and orange pulp. Heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg and cinnamon notes develop. Finish: A characteristic sea salt note rounds off this dram.
Springbank 12 year old 2022 release
Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength 57.2% is an age-statement single malt whisky produced at the Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. Springbank is one of the last family-owned distilleries in Scotland and produces some of the world’s most sought-after single malt whiskies. This bi-annual, cask-strength release was matured for 12 years in a combination of ex-Sherry (70%) and ex-Bourbon (30%) casks. It was bottled in 2024 at a natural cask strength of 57.2%.
Springbank 15 year old 2022 release
