Produced from a diverse maslin grain harvest in 2017, with several different grains growing together in the same field, including multiple ancient heritage rye strains. Then matured in Virgin American Oak Casks
Herbal Rye spice, banana,nuts. balanced with buttery toasted bread, vanilla and a hint of chocolate.
