About Kilchoman
Founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills on Islay's Atlantic coast, Kilchoman is one of Scotland's only true farm-to-bottle distilleries — growing its own barley at Rockside Farm, malting on site using Islay peat, and bottling entirely on the island. The Family Casks series represents the most personal expression of this philosophy, hand-selected by the Wills family from their own cask holdings.
