1. Annandale 8 year old Cadenhead's Authentic Collection          £149.00

A lowland selection from Annandale that was aged 8 years in a bourbon barrel, tasting notes contain golden syrup and musli on the nose, with toasted oak and peat sampled on the palate. A finish with grassy and  soft notes of ash. 1 of 228 bottles produced, a delightful play on lowlands whisky tempting into peat and smoke.

2. Tasmania Cradle Mountian 23 Year Old Cadenhead World Collection   £450.00

One of our most unique and rare bottling we have amongst our collection the Tasmanian Cradle, only 198 bottles were ever produced make it an treasure find of whisky. Tasting notes consist of peanut butter, raspberry jam and mint chocolate on the nose, with honeycomb, dried fruits with big chewy peanut butter combined with the feint soft wood smoke rolling across the palate. On the finish it is chewy and long, notes of smoked peanuts, brown sugar and dark chocolate.

3. Glenfarclas 19 Year Old Cadenhead's Sherry Cask           £275.00

A majority of Cadenheads selection are matured in bourbon hogshead casks, which make this Glenfarclas a bit more unique in being matured in a sherry cask, that adds to flavour to create a Glenfarclas the deviates from the traditional palate of thier whiskies. Tasting notes are of on the nose cigars, minced pies and stewed fresh berries, palate of the this whisky has notes of creamy, dark cherry and bakewell tart. The finish is chewy with notes of strawberry laces and Cherry menthol sweets.

 4. Longrow 17 Year Old Cadenhead Rum Cask       £330.00

Another unique cask finish collection from Cadenhead, This time the Longrow 17 Year Old, this unique finish was actually distilled at Springbank by Longrow to then be finished in a rum cask. One of 219 bottles of this unique finish was made. the tasting notes for this bottle are, Dried coconut , salty cut grass and banana on the nose, the palate consists of peat, s'mores and pineapple juice. The finish is mango, campfires, smoked cheddar cheese, sea water and pebble beaches with smoke that grows. 

 5. Cadenhead's Creations Light Fruity Smoky 20 Year Old Batch #1 175th Anniversary Bottling       £299.00

Creation series from Cadenhead are blended malts, so not from single distillerys but multiple vatted together to create something unique.  This particular malt consist of Springbank, Longrow, Tobermory, Glen Moray and Glengarioch and was vatted together in 2009. Creations are created to fit into four flavour profiles identified by Cadenhead. Overall description of flavour profile for this malt is Light, Fruity, Smoky, further tasting notes consist of apple crumble, lemon drizzle with a background aroma of cigar box on the nose. On the palate Very fresh Scottish strawberries, kiwi fruit and crème bulee, the finish is light smoke builds up, oak smoked cheddar and toasted marshmallows.
