This bottling of a single refill butt of Ben Nevis malt whisky.
Originally filled into wood on 20th September 1996. Left to mature in Duty-Free Warehouse No. 3 of Ben Nevis Distillery.This cask removed on 26th September 2007 for bottling at 46% abv
After bottling, the cases returned to Ben Nevis distillery. Where they have lain forgotten for the past 6 years.This stock recently rediscovered and is now released for your enjoyment.
All the bottles are individually hand numbered, out of 700 in total. Each bottle of Ben Nevis Forgotten Bottling is signed by the distillery manager Alex W Ross
