We offer fixed price domestic and international shipping costs based on weight.

We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline, but please order in sufficient time for time-critical items.

Standard Service

  • The rate for the U.K. starts at £5.99 a single bottle or £9.99 for multi-bottle orders.
    Up to 10 Miniature Bottles can be ordered for our starting P&P.
  • Timing 5 working days, to most mainland destinations in the UK – Scottish Highlands and UK Islands add an extra day.
  • If your order is with us before 12.00 hrs we will try to dispatch the same day. If urgent please phone.
  • Orders are sent via National Couriers on an economy insured service timed for a five working days service. If the order has not been received within seven working days please contact us.
    We can provide special deliveries to third party addresses and next day delivery.

Express Delivery UK (Mainland Only)

  • Subject to payment clearance
  • We offer an express delivery at £9.99 next working day before 5.30 pm
  • This operates Monday to Friday on orders received before 12.00 hours.(Noon)
  • Delivery Days Monday To Friday.
  • Excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands. Northern Ireland. Isle of Man. Channel Isles. Isle of Wight.

Express Delivery UK (Highlands and Off Shore)

  • Subject to payment clearance.
  • Starts at £9.99 a Single bottle.
  • To Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isle of White. This can take an extra day due to connections

Next Day Delivery

  • Subject to payment clearance.
  • We offer a next working day delivery at £9.99 a single bottle.
  • This operates Monday to Friday on orders received before noon.
  • After this time please phone as we may still have time for dispatch.

Next Day Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery days are Monday to Friday. No deliveries or dispatches on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
  • UK Mainland Next Day does not include the following areas: –

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Silly – Post code areas IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49

  • On a next day service it can take up to a further 24 hours this is due to connections beyond our control.

Overseas

Please note : All European deliveries are temporarily suspended

  • As a Guide Western Europe is charged from £12 per Bottle, 5-7 working days to many Western European addresses.
  • The USA , Australia and New Zealand From £22, 7-9 working days.
  • Overseas are sent by UPS on a signed for delivery.
  • Please check our Terms & Conditions for overseas orders.
  • Our shopping Basket is set up to give a final Invoice value including shipping before you proceed to payment so that you are aware of the final amount.

Non Delivery

  • All orders (subject to security clearance) are dispatched within one working day.
  • Economy single and multi-bottle orders should be with you in 3 to 5 Days You must inform us by day 10 to make a claim otherwise claims for missing goods cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Amex and Paypal With non-Paypal payments we take Pre-Authorisation and reserve the funds on your card at checkout, but we do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch. However, because of the way banks work it will show as debited. This is something we have no control.
  • We can only take Telephone Orders For UK addressed cards Only.
  • Credit/Debit cards are processed at time of packing ready to dispatch.
  • We encourage the use of ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode,’ this requires the cardholder to provide a personal password or pin number when paying for goods online with their credit card just as they would provide a pin on the high street.
  • Cardholders can sign up to the service with their card provider at no cost and are reassured that their card is protected from fraudulent use on the internet.
  • Payments by cheque orders are dispatched when the cheque clears usually in two to three days.
