Filey Bay Porter Cask
The newest special release from Spirit Of Yorkshire is wonderful taste of English whisky to enjoy or even save for investments, with a limited release of 2000 bottles produced, this a unique first cask release that is well worth the value.
The ex-PX and ex-Bourbon casks chosen for this release were originally filled in the spring and autumn of 2017. Disgorged years later the whisky from the ex-PX casks formed the Sherry Cask Reserve #2 while the whisky from the ex-Bourbon casks was integrated into the Flagship System. From here they were then refilled with Wold Top Brewery's 'Marmalade Porter' and tucked away on the farm to now mature the beer.
Tasting Notes
Fruity and complex with flavours of orange chocolate, roasted malt, baked apples and candied fruits.

Cheshire First Release
Weetwood have many years experience in using malted barley in brewing their ales. Now they are releasing their first, and Cheshire's first, single malt whisky - The Cheshire.
A creamy new make spirit is distilled from English malted barley in small batches, which has then been laid down for at least three years. Using smaller STR American oak quarter casks, provides more flavour uptake than standard cask sizes, in shorter time frames.
This First Release is finished off in European oak to add depth of flavour. Bottled free from chill filtration, gives a natural colour at 46% abv.

York Gin
York Gin Old Tom is a Victorian-style dry gin, slightly sweetened with a herb-infused sugar syrup made in the kitchen of one of Yorkshire's finest restaurants - the Michelin-starred Star Inn, Harome.
The syrup's key ingredients are foraged from local North Yorkshire hedgerows and the Star Inn's kitchen garden including the White Rose of Yorkshire.
