Cask #2042 is a single sherry butt, distilled in 1981 and bottled in 2012 after 31 years of maturation at natural 56.7% cask strength. Just 440 bottles were produced. The Geisha series is among the most collected Karuizawa releases worldwide, distinguished by its traditional Japanese woodblock-inspired label artwork and the rarity of its Taiwan-exclusive distribution.

Key Features

Distillery: Karuizawa (closed 2000 — demolished)

Vintage: 1981 | Bottled: 2012 (31 years)

Cask: Sherry Butt #2042

Bottler: Number One Drinks Company

Series: Geisha Label — Taiwan Market Exclusive

ABV: 56.7% | Volume: 70cl

Bottles: 440

Delivery & Authenticity

Every bottle sold by Whiskys.co.uk is 100% authentic.
