Availability & Pricing
Whilst every effort is made to hold adequate stocks of the whiskies listed, our offers are subject to availability. When a particular vintage has become exhausted it will be replaced with the next suitable vintage.
All prices are correct at the time of publication, However are subject to market and budget fluctuations over which we have no control.
Every effort will be made to advise customers of price increases before they occur, however this is not always possible and we reserve the right to increase prices without formal notice.
We reserve the right to make alterations to post and packing charges. We will not implement new charges without informing you first.
Prices shown on listings pages include UK Excise Duty and VAT at the rates currently applicable.
While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website.
Minor substitutions may be made with regard to distillation, year or % alc ; please 'phone to confirm specific product information.

Claims/Damages
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the delivery acceptance forms. Un-examined or un-checked goods will not be accepted. Queries relating to claims must be made within 48 hours otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed.

Tax Charges
Orders made from the UK are subject to VAT at the UK current rate.
If we are sending products to an address within the European Union, prices are also subject to VAT at the current UK rate.
Orders originating and sent to an address  outside the EU, are not charged VAT, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in the delivery country, which are levied once the package reaches the delivery country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer or the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.

Customs and Overseas Duties
Please note that although we ship products to many countries around the world, certain countries have restrictions regarding the supply of products containing alcohol.
For this reason, we despatch goods to some countries entirely at the risk of the customer and, although we maintain proof of shipment from our carrier (Royal Mail Parcel Force) and can provide a tracking number by e-mail for each shipment, we unfortunately, cannot guarantee delivery to certain worldwide locations.
Whiskys.co.uk will not be liable for any goods which are held by customs authorities, the customer must organise the release of the goods. Refunds will only be given for goods which are returned safely and intact to Whiskys.co.uk although the customer is liable for the return shipping costs or duties .

Cancellation Rights
The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days without reason.
The 7-day period commences the day after the customer receives the goods.
In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition and unopened. Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return charge of unwanted products.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
It is whiskys.co.uk policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition.
If you are unhappy with you purchase which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, (excluding the return delivery  charge and any duties incurred in the return).
Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return charge of unwanted products.
However, if any products that we send to you are faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of deliver. Notification must be by telephone, post or email within three working days of delivery.
We cannot forward returned products to a further address without charging a further postage.
Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact.
All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of the safe delivery to our shop address.
Any product returned must be within its original packaging and with unbroken seals. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
